ModFX Customs LLC offers automotive enhancement services, including:

• Automotive window tint installation
• LED lighting installation (interior & exterior)
• Halo headlights
• Starlight headliners
• Other custom automotive lighting solutions

Service availability, pricing, and offerings may change at any time without notice.

• Appointments may require a deposit depending on the service type.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• You agree to arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Repeated rescheduling or late arrivals may result in cancellation at our discretion.

To ensure proper service:

• Your vehicle must arrive clean, especially windows and interior areas to be worked on.
• Excessively dirty vehicles may incur cleaning fees or require rescheduling.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, electrical issues, window defects, or aftermarket equipment installed by others.

We stand behind our craftsmanship:

• Window tint installations may include a manufacturer or shop warranty (varies by film type).
• LED products may include manufacturer warranties, but ModFX Customs LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
• Installations are guaranteed against craftsmanship issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents
• Improper care or misuse
• Third-party modifications
• Electrical issues unrelated to our work

You agree to:

• Follow all care instructions provided after your installation
• Avoid rolling windows down for the recommended curing period (usually 2–5 days)
• Avoid touching, cleaning, or applying pressure to newly installed products during curing
• Disclose any electrical issues or modifications that may affect installation

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void warranties.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Debit/credit cards
• Mobile payment apps (if applicable)
• Deposits required for select services

All payments must be completed before vehicle release unless agreed upon otherwise.

Due to the custom nature of our work:

• All services are final and non-refundable.
• Deposits are also non-refundable unless ModFX Customs LLC cancels the appointment.
• If we are unable to perform the service due to vehicle conditions, electrical issues, or safety concerns, we may reschedule at our discretion.
